Yvette Pan is the VP of HR in SAI’s Asia division. She leads strategic and practical HR services for the management team and employees in Asia. She supports the business to deliver results in the employment cycle from recruitment to performance management to leavers management. She also takes an active role in developing and strengthening leaders in Asia.

Ms. Pan has over 15 years’ experience as an HR business partner for different companies in both China and the UK. She also has experience in career and leadership coaching.

Ms. Pan holds an MS in Human Resources Management from the University of Surrey, UK. She also has a certification for advanced coaching, which enables her to introduce coaching-style leadership to the company.
